Beaute de Kose Sensational White Moisturizer R

Kose is one of my favourite brand, as its products are not costly and they are mostly reliable.
I am not sure whether this is discontiuned or not, as I cannot find it on the offical site and for the japanese offical site, there's a new line called White Succeed, so I suppose this replaced sensational white line.

Apparently, ' this whitening emulsion is formulated with whitening with whitening and support ingredients that prevent the occurrence of blotches and freckles by controlling excess melanin production. Instantly brightens the complexion and provides hydration to the skin.'*

Compare with lots of other whitening products that I have used before, this is not the best option. This is because well, how shall I say... just a personal opinion, I think... coz now I just don't actually remember why I didn't like it. Just that the texture is quite thick and quite greasy, so I did not enjoy using it much.

Conclusion
Well, since it is already discontinued, so I won't give it a score, rather, I just treated this entry as a record, a entry for my beauty diary.

Kyanvi.

p.s. hopefully I can do a Body Shop or Debenhams Haul tomorrow... depends what is waiting for me at the sorting office as I was still sleeping when the postman dropped by. @.@

Elizabeth Arden Sheer White Pure Intensive Capsules

The capsules that Elizabeth Arden produce are very famous over the years and I always keen to try, even though for my age, I really shouldn't use them as they will be too nutritious for my skin. I saw this bottle on ebay for less than £10 and I was kind of excited by this.

I did a bit of research online, but cannot find any official info for this capsules, though it apparently only available in the Asia market, as obviously, there's a higher demand for whitening/ purifying products over there. ( I drew this correlation as I found reviews on this products in Chinese & I was one of the market demand few years ago, or even till now @.@)

For this product, it supposes to do the following:
High performance whitening capsules to clarify skin
Formulated of concentrated vitamin C with no preservative
Acts instantly to eliminate existing dark spots
Regulates melanin production to prevent formation of new dark spots
Natural grapeseed extract refines skin for a smoother & firmer look
Skin appears velvety soft with an even, lighter complexion
(found this on Strawberry Net*)

I only used 3 capsules as I planned to use this once every week. For my experience, I think the capsules did work partially. Why partially? This is because I don't use it that often, so my skin tone won't just change in this short time and I didn't put sun screen on afterwards (as vitamin C is photosensitive). BUT... my skin is bit smoother & firmer afterwards and i had a slightly even skin tone the next morning after I applied it on at night. (This is fanstantic, as I have uneven skin tone since age 10, and I have used nurmurous whitening products =.=//)

Conclusion
I am not sure whether I will buy this again, as there's rumors that it is out of production. I will check that out when I go to HK later on this year. But even if they still on production, there's a thin chance for me to get it as it is around USD$99 for 3 bottle (111 capsules) unless I found it cheaply on ebay again.

Score
77/100 (I was thinking of puting 80, but USD$33 a bottle? I will try something else then, unless when I finished the whole bottle and my skin tone move up 2 tone)

Kyanvi.

p.s. please leave your email on your comment if you need to know which ebayer I bought from, as I do not want to make any advisement here.

* I do not work for Strawberry net nor I bought things from this company before, I am not recommending anyone to purchase from them. This is just a reference that I saw online.

Za True White Emulsion

I have used this 2 years ago. Even though I have not used this for ages, it worth to mentsion for who just start to use whitening skincare products and with a limited budget.

As the whole Za True White line contains vitamin E, this is similar to the whitening powder, but just in a lotion form. (Note that, the Za True White Lotion is more like a toner to me and this is more a white lotion form)

This can be used after you wash your face or can use for day time.

Maybe someone will ask why vitamin E is a key ingredient to whitening products. This is because any lotion contains vitamin E has around SPF 3. So this is a sunscreen protect product in a weak form. As 1st thing for whitening, you need to protect your skin from the UV that the sun gives out as it will darken your skin.

Za True White Vitamin Powder

There are lots of stuff that I would like write a review on. So maybe start with my current favourite. Za is one of the company that I love since age 13. I have heard that Za is a sister branch of Shiseido that provide a 'cheaper' alternative for women. Even though their products are made in Taiwan, but I still like them as they are effective and valued.
So, what is this powder?

It is a compress / powder version of a whitening lotion and use after your daily routine skincare products.

Personally I prefer to use it before I put my makeup on. As it whitens/ lighten my skin and it gives my skin a smoother touch.

It contains Vitamin C and E which are the key essentials for skin, so even though I didn't find my skin colour change dramatically, but anyone who is interested can give it a go and it only costs me HKD$108 @ Sasa.

P.s. maybe worth to act as a base before putting concealer/ foundation on, I suppose.
